What is Soil Guard®?

Soil Guard is a revolutionary soil prep product that replaces the need for labor-intensive erosion control blankets or ECB’s. An ECB is a blanket of synthetic or natural fibers designed to retain moisture and protect the soil from erosion. These traditional ECB’s require labor-intensive application through a hand rolling out large blankets and mechanically fastening them to the earth. Soil Guard® allows you to avoid all of the additional steps and allows for the mechanical application of this layer, in addition to providing long-term nutrients as it breaks down to promote growth.
